# CNQC INT'L appointed Zhou Lu, former Vice President of International at Xinda International, as an independent director

According to a report from Economic News Agency on the 24th, CNQC International (01240) announced that Zhou Lu has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from last Friday (21st).

The group stated that Zhou Lu previously served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Cinda International (00111), receiving an annual remuneration of HKD 288,000. In addition, the group indicated that the company secretary and authorized representative Qu Yongshi has resigned, and Guo Yaxin has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative, effective from last Friday.
