# LANDRICH HLDG's interim net profit is HKD 2.6 million, up 11%, no dividend declared

According to a report from Economic News Agency on the 24th, LANDRICH HLDG (02132) announced a mid-term net profit of HKD 2.604 million for the period ending September 30, an increase of 10.8%, with earnings per share of HKD 0.0017, and no interim dividend declared.

The group stated that revenue was HKD 450 million, a decrease of 29.5%, due to a reduction in workload as several large-scale projects approached completion. Gross profit increased by approximately 1.3 times to HKD 26.7 million, with a gross profit margin increase of 4.1 percentage points to about 5.9%, mainly attributed to improvements in the site instructions and assessment delays for several projects. As of September 30, the group had 32 construction projects on hand, with a total uncompleted contract value of approximately HKD 3.42 billion. Given the projects on hand, it is expected that the performance of construction works will remain stable in the coming years. (wh)
