# BRC Asia Limited’s net profit reaches $94.1m in FY2025

**It recorded a revenue of $155b due to stronger project offtake was cited for growth.**

BRC Asia Limited’s net profit reached $94.1m during the financial year ending in September 2025, driven by strong revenue growth.

Its gross profit in FY2025 increased by 4% year on year to $159.7m with a profit margin of 10.3%, it said in a release.

BRC’s net profit attributable to shareholders stood at $94.3m during the period, a 1% increase compared to the year before.

The firm’s revenue increased by 5% YoY to $1.55b in FY2025, it said, driven by stronger project offtake. The growth was partially offset by lower selling prices due to falling steel prices, it added.

BRC’s $1.9b sales order book during the year was supported by projects that include the Changi Airport Terminal 5 substructure.

The business recommended a final cash dividend of $0.7 per ordinary share and a special dividend of $0.7 per ordinary share, bringing the total dividend for the year to $0.20 and representing a dividend payout and yield of 58.2% and 4.9%, respectively, BRC said.
