# Hong Kong prosecutes former HKEX employee for insider trading, accusing him of bribery

According to the announcement from the Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption, former Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing employee Tan Zhuoyan was involved in an insider trading case and was charged with corruption and bribery. Two other individuals involved in the case were charged with obstructing justice, related to the criminal investigation by the ICAC and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission regarding insider trading
