At the same time, several key personnel changes occurred. Changyuan Power Co., Ltd. of the State Energy Group was established in April 1995, with Wang Dong as the legal representative. Its business scope includes heat production and supply, research and development of emerging energy technologies, and manufacturing of basic chemical raw materials. Shareholder information shows that the company is jointly held by State Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd., China Energy Engineering Group Co., Ltd., and Hubei Railway Development Fund Co., Ltd
