# The scale and holdings of public Hong Kong stock funds in the third quarter both increased

Since the beginning of this year, the Hong Kong stock market has performed strongly, with active market sentiment resonating with continuous capital inflows, driving a significant increase in the scale of related public Hong Kong stock funds (public equity funds focusing on Hong Kong stocks). According to research reports from SINOLINK SECURITIES, as of the end of the third quarter, the total scale of public Hong Kong stock funds has reached CNY 1,033.008 billion, a substantial increase of approximately 68% compared to the second quarter; the total number of fund shares is 881.067 billion, a quarter-on-quarter increase of 42%. At the same time, as of the end of the third quarter, the stock position of these funds has further increased to 92.71%, up 0.75 percentage points from the end of the second quarter. Among them, nearly 80% of public Hong Kong stock funds maintain a stock position of over 90%. (Securities Daily)
