# CRYPTO FLOW: Yao Xiaohai will be appointed as an executive director

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CRYPTO FLOW (08198) announced that Dr. Yuan Quan will be appointed as Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Authorized Representative, and Compliance Officer of the company; Mr. Yao Xiaohai will be appointed as Executive Director; Mr. Huang Yibin will resign as Executive Director, Authorized Representative, and Compliance Officer, and will be appointed as the company's Consultant; and Mr. Sheng Ling will resign as Chief Executive Officer
