ZHUGUANG HOLD (01176.HK) announced the sale of a 29.5% stake in SILVER GRANT (00171.HK) to its controlling shareholder Rongde Investment, involving 679 million shares, for a price of HKD 81.59 million, which will be settled by offsetting a loan of HKD 144 million. The estimated confirmed loss from the sale is approximately HKD 289 million
