# Ascott Indonesia launches Chelsea-themed suites, first lyf shared apartment in London to open next year | Lianhe Zaobao

CapitaLand's Ascott has launched Asia's first Chelsea themed hotel suites at two hotels in Jakarta, Indonesia.

As the official global hotel partner of the Premier League club Chelsea Football Club, Ascott announced this news during the "Chelsea Football Club" fan interaction event held last Saturday to Sunday (November 29 to 30).

In a joint statement released by the company and Chelsea Football Club on Monday (December 1), the two themed suites are The Legend Suite at Ascott Sudirman Jakarta and The Bridge Suite at Citadines Sudirman Jakarta.

The statement noted that as Ascott and Chelsea's partnership enters its second season, it will provide experiential accommodation scenarios for Ascott Star Rewards members and guests, marking an important milestone in the development of their partnership and warming up for future projects.

The company also revealed that it plans to open lyf Chelsea London, a shared apartment, at Stamford Bridge, the home ground of the "Blue Team," in the second quarter of 2026, which will be Ascott's first lyf shared apartment in London It is reported that it will focus on the concepts of social co-living and community, extending the club culture to accommodation and lifestyle. lyf is a co-living hotel brand under Ascott.
