SMART FISH (00139.HK) announced that from September 22 to 24 this year, it sold a total of 65.356 million shares of SDHG (00412.HK) in the market, with a price per share ranging from HKD 3.82 to HKD 5.94, for a total cash consideration of HKD 324 million. The estimated proceeds from the sale are approximately HKD 155 million
