# The Cheng Yu-tong family plans to sell the Rosewood Hotel? "Currently operating normally"

According to reports, the Hong Kong tycoon Cheng Yu-tong's family is seeking buyers for its luxury hotel group, Rosewood Hotel Group, to address the liquidity crisis faced by its real estate subsidiary, New World Development. Sources close to Rosewood Hotel Group stated that they have not heard of any discussions regarding a sale, and currently, all hotels under Rosewood are operating normally. (The Paper)
