YEE HOP HLDGS (01662.HK) announced that on December 1st, Chairman and controlling shareholder Zhan Yanqun purchased 1 million shares of the company in the open market at an average price of HKD 2.64 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 2.64 million. After the increase, Mr. Zhan holds a total of 202 million shares, accounting for 39.33% of the company's equity
