# Kuangchi Science reduces its stake in KCT, realizing 186 million RMB

> Kuangchi Science announced that on December 2, it sold a total of 3.8937 million shares of KCT in the open market at an average price of 47.76 RMB per share, with a net amount of 186 million RMB, which will be used for refinancing and general working capital. The estimated proceeds from the sale are 30.3 million RMB. After completion, the group will continue to hold 40.7999 million shares of KCT

KUANGCHI (00439.HK) announced that on December 2, it sold a total of 3.8937 million shares of KCT (002625.SZ) in the open market at an average price of RMB 47.76 per share, with a net amount of RMB 186 million, which will be used for refinancing and general working capital. The estimated proceeds from the sale are RMB 30.3 million. After completion, the group will continue to hold 40.7999 million shares of KCT
