# SHANGSHAN GOLD was reduced by the controlling shareholder by 41.408 million shares, with the shareholding ratio falling to approximately 57.19%

SHANGSHAN GOLD (01939.HK) announced that its executive director, chairman of the board, and controlling shareholder Huang Shikun sold 41.408 million ordinary shares of the company through his wholly-owned company ESSA Financial Group Limited on December 2, accounting for approximately 8.09% of the company's total issued share capital.

Following the sale, the number of shares ultimately owned by Huang Shikun decreased from 334 million shares to 293 million shares, with his shareholding ratio dropping to approximately 57.19%. Huang Shikun and ESSA Financial Group Limited remain the controlling shareholders
