# Alibaba sells 85% stake in Turkish lifestyle service business Trendyol GO

Alibaba (09988.HK) announced that it entered into a sales agreement in May this year to sell 85% of its equity in Trendyol GO, which operates local lifestyle services in Turkey, for a cash consideration of approximately USD 700 million, equivalent to about RMB 5 billion. The transaction was completed in the first half of the fiscal year ending September this year, with recorded revenue of approximately RMB 6 billion
