The large financial sector surged in the afternoon, with China Merchants Bank Securities and Ruida Futures hitting the daily limit, and China Pacific Insurance rising nearly 7%. The commercial aerospace concept continued to show strength, with over ten stocks including ESSENCE FASTENING SYSTEMS (SHANGHAI) and AEROSPACE POWER hitting the daily limit. The Fujian sector was actively trading, with nearly 20 stocks including FUJIAN JINSEN and Xiamen Port Authority hitting the daily limit. On the downside, the Moore Threads concept stocks adjusted, with Heertai hitting the daily limit and Dazhong Public Utilities nearing the daily limit. More stocks rose than fell, with today's trading volume at 1.74 trillion.
