# DigitalBridge once surged 51% on rumors of acquisition talks with SoftBank

According to foreign media reports, SoftBank is in talks to acquire digital infrastructure company DigitalBridge (DBRG.US), whose stock price once soared by 51% and is currently up 43%.

The report indicates that the deal is expected to be finalized by the end of the year. Both DigitalBridge and SoftBank declined to comment
