# China relaxes export restrictions on rare earth permanent magnets, industry insiders: multiple companies have obtained general licenses

According to the Shanghai Securities News on the 5th, JLMAG, Zhong Ke San Huan Co., Ltd., and Yunsheng have obtained general export licenses. These three companies are leaders in the domestic rare earth permanent magnet materials industry. An industry insider revealed, "Since April this year, the rare earth industry has been brewing the general export license for rare earths, as export control policies were initiated at that time." It was pointed out that for permanent magnet companies, as long as the products meet relevant specifications and standards, and are within the scope of policy control, they can normally apply for the license. Currently, many large permanent magnet companies have successively obtained general export licenses, but the specific list of companies has not been disclosed
