She highlighted that the current Solana lending market is approximately $5 billion, which is only a tenth of Ethereum's market and negligible compared to the multi-trillion-dollar scale of traditional finance. Liu emphasized that teams have the option to either compete against each other or aim to capture a larger share of the broader crypto and traditional finance markets, stating, 'The direction is up to us.'
