# ZHENGTONGAUTO acquires 4S dealership business in Fujian Province for 790 million RMB

ZHENGTONGAUTO (01728.HK) announced a related transaction to acquire 100% equity of Xiamen Xinde (000701.SZ) in 4S dealerships and automotive sales and export business - Xinde Guomao Automobile, with a temporary acquisition price of 793 million RMB.

At the same time, it is acquiring 100% equity of Guomao Automobile (Thailand) from Xinda Nuo and Xinda (Singapore), which is currently in the initial stage of opening automotive sales stores in Thailand and has not yet commenced substantial business operations, for a price of 22.13 million RMB
