# Jensen Huang: China has advantages over the United States in building AI infrastructure and in the energy sector

> Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang believes that China has advantages over the United States in AI infrastructure and energy sectors. Although the U.S. leads in AI chip technology, China can rapidly construct large projects, and its total energy is twice that of the U.S. and continues to grow. Jensen Huang emphasized that Nvidia is ahead of China in AI chip technology, but China's manufacturing capabilities should not be overlooked

Nvidia (NVDA.US) CEO Jensen Huang stated that China has an advantage over the United States in AI infrastructure, particularly in the construction and energy sectors. While the U.S. still maintains an edge in AI chip technology, China can build large projects at an astonishing speed.

He mentioned that it takes about three years to build a data center in the U.S., while China can complete a hospital in just one weekend. At the same time, China's total energy output is twice that of the U.S., and it continues to grow linearly.

Jensen Huang believes that Nvidia is several generations ahead of China in AI chip technology, which will meet the demands of technology and semiconductor manufacturing processes, but the manufacturing capabilities of Chinese products should not be overlooked
