# HC CHEMICAL: The controlling shareholder intends to transfer 23.76% of shares, and control may change

HC CHEMICAL announced that its controlling shareholder, YinYi Holdings, signed an "Asset Transfer Agreement" with Zhongzhe Ruihe on September 9, 2025, to transfer 87 million shares and all receivables. This equity change has obtained the consent of the pledgee, and both parties have signed a supplementary agreement. Recently, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange has completed compliance confirmation, and Zhongzhe Ruihe has paid CNY 355 million for the equity transfer.
