The transaction is expected to closein Q4 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. Lyyti generates approximately NOK 100 million in annual revenue, with 90%recurring revenue, and adds more than 26 million annual event participants andover 100,000 events to the SuperOffice ecosystem. Following completion,SuperOffice's total recurring revenue will approach NOK 800 million,representing a 13% uplift. The acquisition strengthens SuperOffice's productcapabilities in event management and supports the company's strategy to buildEurope's most loved CRM platform. The combined group will enhance its abilitytoinvest in product development and innovation, with immediate commercialsynergies expected across both customer portfolios.
