Boeing completes acquisition of Aurora Flight Sciences
On December 8th, Boeing announced the completion of its acquisition of Aurora Flight Sciences. The statement said that the acquisition covers all commercial operations of Aurora related to Boeing, including the fuselage of the 737 program and major structural components of the 767, 777, and 787 Dreamliner. In July 2024, Boeing agreed to acquire its supplier Aurora Flight Sciences at a price of $37.25 per share. (Jiemian)
