This luxury multifamily project is situated in a Qualified Opportunity Zone. The financing package was put together by Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets Institutional Advisory team, headed by professionals including Aaron Appel, Keith Kurland, Jonathan Schwartz, Adam Schwartz, Jordan Casella, Michael Ianno, and Jackson Irwin. This comprehensive financing will support the development of the project.
