# Changes in the positions of senior personnel at SISRAM MED

SISRAM MED (01696.HK) announced that the current executive director and chairman Liu Yi will be transferred to a non-executive director due to work relocation and will resign from the position of chairman and other roles. The current executive director and chief executive officer Lior Moshe DAYAN will assume the roles of executive director and chairman, and will no longer serve as chief executive officer. The chief executive officer will be the current global business president Ben David, who will also serve as co-chief executive officer alongside the executive director and chief financial officer Li Jiahong.

The company stated that Ben David joined the group in 2009 and has served as president of the international business division since 2024, responsible for overseeing operations in the Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions. From 2018 to 2023, Ben David served as the group's executive vice president of global sales, responsible for global sales, service, marketing, and clinical operations, implementing innovative strategies that significantly increased market share
