# CATL's marine battery system has received type certification from the Italian classification society

CATL (03750.HK)(300750.SZ) announced that its self-developed marine battery system has received type approval certification from the Italian classification society (RINA), and the group itself has obtained certifications from major global classification societies such as France, the United States, and Norway.

As of now, CATL has delivered products on nearly 900 vessels, including the world's largest pure electric inland cruise ship "Yangtze River Three Gorges No. 1" and the first pure electric offshore passenger ship "Yujian No. 77" classified by China Classification Society
