# HZBANK: Plans to redeem "Hangyin You 1" preferred shares, suspension of trading on December 12

HZBANK announced that due to the planned redemption of the "Hangyin You 1" preferred shares, the company's board of directors has approved the proposal, which has been reviewed without objection by the Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervision Administration. The company intends to fully redeem 100 million preferred shares issued privately on December 15, 2017, on December 15, 2025. To ensure fair information disclosure and protect the interests of investors, the company plans to apply for a suspension of trading for this preferred stock (preferred stock code: 360027; preferred stock abbreviation: Hangyin You 1) on December 12, 2025, and will redeem and cancel this preferred stock on December 15, 2025
