The Hang Seng Index closed at 25,540 points, up 106 points or 0.4%. The Hang Seng Tech Index reported 5,581 points, up 26 points or 0.5%. The National Index rose 18 points or 0.2%, closing at 8,954 points. The total market turnover was HKD 193.392 billion.
