On December 10th, Jinshi Data reported that PROLTO announced that the company is planning to issue shares and pay cash to purchase assets, and will issue shares to raise matching funds from Zhidu Group and/or its controlled enterprises. Due to the uncertainty of the relevant matters, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from the opening of the market on December 4, 2025, with the suspension expected to last no more than 10 trading days. As of the date of this announcement, the transaction is still in the planning stage, and the company has not yet signed a formal transaction agreement with the counterparty.
