ST Troy Information announced that the company's directors Wang Zhen, Liu Jie, and Huang Jianrong have applied to resign from their positions as directors and senior management due to the company's development planning and management needs. Wang Zhen resigned from his positions as director and general manager, Liu Jie resigned from his position as deputy general manager, and Huang Jianrong resigned from her position as employee director. After their resignations, all three will continue to hold positions in the company. The company has appointed Sun Yuanhua as employee director, elected Tang Jun as a non-independent director, and hired Lu Wenbin as general manager, with Wang Zhen and Li Hua as deputy general managers
