# Vireo Growth Acquires Schwazze Assets in Major Deal

Vireo Growth ( (TSE:VREO) ) has provided an announcement.

Vireo Growth Inc., through its subsidiary Vireo Health of Colorado, LLC, has entered into a restructuring support agreement with Medicine Man Technologies, Inc., operating as Schwazze, to restructure Schwazze’s operations and capital structure. On November 13, 2025, Vireo Growth successfully executed an Asset Sale through a Credit Bid of approximately $111 million, acquiring a majority of Schwazze’s assets. This transaction is expected to lead to the liquidation of Schwazze’s remaining assets and the winding down of its operations, with the assets being transferred to a new entity, NewCo, which will be majority-owned by Vireo Growth.
