YHN Acquisition I Limited, during its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on December 8, 2025, secured approval for amendments to its investment management trust agreement and its memorandum and articles of association. These changes allow the company to extend the liquidation of its trust account and the consummation of a business combination by up to nine months, until September 19, 2026, contingent on depositing $150,000 for each three-month extension. The approval was supported by a significant majority of shareholders, with 83.86% of voting shares represented at the meeting. Following the meeting, 3,464,179 shares were redeemed, leaving approximately $26.8 million in the trust account.
