According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DAPHNE INT'L (00210) announced that Mr. Wang Jungang, the executive director, has been reassigned to non-executive director and has resigned as the company's Chief Operating Officer to devote more time to his other affairs, effective from December 11, 2025
