# Sunshine Dairy's controlling shareholder's concerted actor Nanchang Zhihe plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Sunshine Dairy (001318.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, Jiangxi Sunshine Dairy Group Co., Ltd.'s concerted actor, Nanchang Zhihe Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Nanchang Zhihe"), plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2,826,600 shares, accounting for no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from January 8, 2026, to April 7, 2026); and to reduce its holdings by no more than 5,653,200 shares, accounting for no more than 2% of the company's total share capital, through block trading
