YUNJI (02670.HK) announced related transactions, jointly investing RMB 10 million with co-founders Zhi Tao and Li Quanyin, as well as three individuals, to establish a joint venture aimed at leveraging the company's first-mover advantage and market position in the hotel scene for its robotic intelligence business, further expanding its deep applications in innovative scenarios. Among them, the company invested RMB 7.6 million, holding a 76% stake
