According to a report from Economic Information Daily on the 12th, DAPHNE INT'L (00210) announced that Executive Director Wang Jun Gang has been reassigned to Non-Executive Director and has resigned as Chief Operating Officer, effective from yesterday.

The group stated that Wang Jun Gang was reassigned to Non-Executive Director and resigned as Chief Operating Officer in order to devote more time to other matters. He has entered into a service contract with the group and will serve as a director for a term of 3 years, with an annual remuneration of RMB 726,000, without any discretionary bonus. (wh)
