In London, the FTSE 100 Index is up by 48 points or 0.50 percent on Friday.

Top gainers are Fresnillo (4.34%), Intercontinental Hotels (3.88%) and Ashtead (2.24%).

Biggest losses came from Convatec Group (-0.79%), AstraZeneca (-0.78%) and Reckitt Benckiser (-0.76%).
