After the United States reduced the tariff on goods exported to Vietnam from 46% to 20%, Valuetronics' main production base in Vietnam is expected to see an improvement in order volume, as Vietnam's tariff levels are comparable to other major ASEAN economies, which helps enhance the competitiveness of local manufacturing.

Given the strong demand for manufacturing capacity in Vietnam, we believe the company can attract more new customers. The company has successfully expanded its customer base, including an industrial and commercial electronics client headquartered in Canada that provides network access solutions, as well as a consumer electronics client supplying a leading global entertainment company. With high growth potential and better profit margins, Valuetronics is expected to achieve sustained profit growth in fiscal year 2026 and beyond. (UOB Kay Hian)
