Teck Resources obtains final court approval for merger with Anglo American in British Columbia.
In Vancouver, British Columbia on December 12, 2025, Teck Resources Limited (TSX: TECK.A and TECK.B, NYSE: TECK) shared that they have received a final order from the Supreme Court of British Columbia endorsing the proposed plan of arrangement under section 192 of the Canada Business Corporations Act. The arrangement includes the merger of equals between Anglo American plc and Teck.
