# Elon Musk may become the world's first trillionaire

This week, Musk revealed through interactions with tech media on social media that his space exploration technology platform SpaceX may go public soon. Reports indicate that SpaceX is seeking to go public in the latter half of next year, with a target valuation of approximately $1.5 trillion, which would rival the record of about $1.7 trillion set by Saudi Aramco in 2019.
