# In November, YIDA CHINA's contract sales were 30 million RMB, flat year-on-year

In the first eleven months, the cumulative contract sales amounted to 681 million RMB, a year-on-year decrease of 23.2%

YIDA CHINA (03639.HK) announced that in November, the group's contract sales amounted to RMB 30 million, unchanged year-on-year; the sales area involved was 2,189 square meters; the average selling price per square meter was RMB 13,563. In the first eleven months, the cumulative contract sales amounted to RMB 681 million, a year-on-year decrease of 23.2%
