# HEARTCARE-B issues domestic shares to vice president, raising a net amount of 43.25 million yuan

HEARTCARE-B (06609.HK) announced that it will issue a total of 1 million domestic shares to Mr. Zhang Han, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Co-Company Secretary, at a subscription price of 45 yuan, representing a discount of 8.13% compared to the closing price of H shares on the trading day (12th). The net proceeds of 43.25 million yuan will be allocated for investment and acquisition opportunities in the medical device industry. Upon completion, Mr. Zhang will hold 1 million shares, accounting for 2.54% of the company's total share capital
