# FENBI collaborates with Huatu to explore cooperation in recruitment examination training business

> FENBI and Huatu signed a strategic cooperation agreement, and both parties will jointly explore cooperation in the training business for recruitment examinations, including equity investment, AI application solution development, and more. The cooperation aims to enhance overall competitiveness, promote the application of AI technology in courses, and analyze industry trends and user needs

FENBI (02469.HK) announced that last Friday (12th) it signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Huatu (300492.SZ). According to the strategic cooperation agreement, both parties agree to establish a strategic partnership, leveraging their complementary resources to enhance overall competitiveness. The two sides aim to jointly explore cooperation in the following areas of recruitment examination training business.

Both parties will explore and seek cooperation in equity investment, including but not limited to strategic investments and the establishment of joint ventures. Among them, both parties will jointly develop AI application solutions for the recruitment examination training industry. By integrating their respective advantages in AI technology development, the company and Huatu will communicate and share on the integration of AI into courses and products, jointly explore the development prospects of AI-led courses, and promote the exchange of professional experience between their core R&D teams. Both parties will also jointly analyze industry development trends and changes in user demand, and provide data support for the adjustment and optimization of this strategic cooperation
