# NEW CONCEPTS signed five memorandums of understanding to acquire environmental projects

> New Concepts Holdings announced that it has signed five memorandums of understanding with independent third parties to acquire up to 90% of Leshan Chunyi, up to 80% of Guizhou Qianying Environmental Sanitation, 100% of Yingkou Yutai Waste Oil, 100% of Fuyang Qiangyou Oil Processing, and up to 40% of Anhui Feidian Environmental Technology. Their businesses mainly involve the recycling of renewable resources, kitchen waste disposal, and the manufacturing and sales of chemicals from non-edible plant oils and industrial animal fats. The consideration is subject to further negotiation among the parties
