
December 16th Midday Review: The ChiNext Index fell 2.35% in half a day, with over 4,400 stocks in the entire market declining
The market experienced fluctuations in the morning, with the Shanghai Composite Index and the Shenzhen Component Index both falling over 1%, and the ChiNext Index dropping over 2%. Consumer stocks such as retail, food, and dairy performed strongly against the trend, with Yonghui Superstores and ANJI FOOD among several stocks hitting the daily limit. The autonomous driving concept showed active performance, with over ten stocks including Zhejiang Shibao and BAIC Blue Valley hitting the limit. On the downside, the commercial aerospace concept declined, with Longzhou Co., Ltd. hitting the daily limit down; the photovoltaic and energy storage sectors also fell, with Dongfang Risheng dropping over 10%. Most individual stocks declined, with more than 4,400 stocks in the Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing markets showing losses, and a total transaction volume of 1.14 trillion in the morning session. At the midday close, the Shanghai Composite Index fell 1.22%, the Shenzhen Component Index fell 1.88%, and the ChiNext Index fell 2.35%
