# The Half-Day Express reports that the Hang Seng Index fell by 489 points; the Hang Seng TECH Index dropped by 132 points, and Alibaba fell by over 3%

The Hang Seng Index closed at 25,139 points, down 489 points or 1.9%. The Hang Seng TECH Index reported 5,365 points, down 132 points or 2.4%. The National Index fell 188 points or 2.1%, closing at 8,729 points.

Alibaba (09988.HK) closed at HKD 143.3, down 3.6%;

Xiaomi Group (01810.HK) closed at HKD 40.6, down 3%;

Ping An (02318.HK) closed at HKD 63.7, down 2.4%;

Hong Kong Stock Exchange (00388.HK) closed at HKD 395, down 2.2%;

Meituan (03690.HK) closed at HKD 99.25, down 1.6%;

Tencent (00700.HK) closed at HKD 594.5, down 1.4%;
