On December 17th (Wednesday) during the U.S. stock night trading session, Netflix rose nearly 1%, as reports indicated that Warner Bros. would reject Paramount's acquisition offer this week;

iRobot continued to drop over 3%, applying for bankruptcy protection and will be acquired by a contract manufacturer;

Navitas Semiconductor rose about 4%, with directors selling 1.1889 million shares of common stock, valued at approximately $9.8034 million;

Lennar fell nearly 4% after earnings, lowering its profit guidance for the next quarter
