ROBOSENSE emphasized the importance of protecting trade secrets and pointed out that Lingming Photon has not responded to the core allegations but has chosen to file a patent lawsuit, which may lead to passivity in the legal proceedings

ROBOSENSE issued a statement saying that we have noted the statement released by Lingming Photon, and we would like to clarify the relevant facts and positions as follows: 1. The core of this dispute is our lawsuit against Lingming Photon for allegedly infringing our trade secrets. The protection of trade secrets is related to business integrity and legal bottom lines, and its nature is serious; infringement may bear legal consequences including criminal liability. Lingming Photon has not made a substantive response to this core accusation but has chosen to initiate a separate patent lawsuit, a practice that not only obscures the focus of the dispute and substantive legal risks but may also put them in a passive position in legal proceedings
