Santiago, Chile - December 17, 2025 - Banco Itaú Chile (SSE: ITAUCL) disclosed today that a Material Event Notice was lodged with the Chilean Commission for the Financial Market. The notice stated that during the regular meeting on this day, the Bank's Board of Directors recognized and approved the resignation of independent director Mr. Kevin Cowan Logan. His resignation, effective as of the previous day, was confirmed after he assumed a new role as a Board member of the Central Bank of Chile.
